This workshop will allow participants will gain a deeper level of understanding of what it means to exemplify each leadership competency, and will equip them to be a successful leader at Vail Resorts.
Program Objectives
Participants in Base Camp will:
- Experience the core of each competency, and gain clarity and understanding of its meaning
- Leverage each competency to capitalize and expand upon the potential of their team
- Apply tools and techniques related to the competencies to do their daily job
